The owner of the Studio is a member of the Busto Arsizio branch of the Order of Chartered Accountants (member nr. 330) as well as the National Order of Auditors.
He was born in 1964 and studied Business Administration at “L. Bocconi” University in Milan, from which he graduated with full grades in 1987.
He first gained business experience at Techint spa, a multinational corporation. After that, he worked as Controller for Elettronica Industriale spa, a manufacturing and service company, where he implemented the procedure for reporting to the General Manager. In 1992, he met a few colleagues who were interested in filling the staff of a successful Professional Studio. Consequently, he started a business collaboration as Chartered Accountant, which expanded to include direct Client management. During these years he has acted both as general Revenue Consultant and Business Operations Consultant. He has advised Clients on company dissolutions, bestowals, transformations, Preventive
Compositions and Amicable Compositions. He has also worked as Business Consultant for ordinary operations connected to company life cycle such as incorporations, dissolutions and liquidations. Currently, he is a member of Varese’s CCIAA and acting as its Arbiter of the Conciliation Chamber. He also belongs to the list of professionals qualified to act as real estate trustees.
