Q. I am starting up my own business: what do I have to do ?
A.When starting a new company, and according to the field of activity, several papers must be prepared and filed out. Specific Government Agencies must be contacted to get a V.A.T. number, the Municipality must be notified, the new Company must be listed with the specific C.C.I.A.A. , Crafts Corporation and any other Professional Orders, as well the Social Security. The Studio is qualified to manage all these procedures for our Clients.

Q. I want accounts to be managed inside the company: how must activities be structured ?
A. In-company account management ensures direct control of operative activities and results, but it requires careful planning. Books might not be kept in compliance with current laws, deadlines might be overlooked. The Studio is at your disposal to start up, coordinate and supervise all the initial and further steps leading to successful in-company accounting.

Q. I was contacted by the Revenue Service:
A .The Revenue Service might mail tax-payers a variety of papers: Questionnaires, Amicable Warnings, Liquidation Warnings, Enquiry Warnings. Clients should notify the Studio as soon as they receive any of such papers, so as to evaluate their importance as early as possible. The Studio will then proceed to verify, check and comply with such formal papers, saving Clients time and money.

D. My Company is being inspected by Revenue Service Officers: what must I do ?
R. Inspections from Revenue Service Officers or Guardia di Finanza Officers may concern general enquiries, cross-checking when inspecting third parties, enquiries about compliance with “Studi di Settore” (expected income of specific fields of activity), inspections following a V.A.T. refunding request. In any of these occurrences the Studio provides Clients with immediate support to relieve inconveniences and to make operations as less time-consuming as possible.

D. How should I proceed when drawing up a contract ?
R. Whenever contracts must be drawn up, the Studio can provide parameters to calculate gains. We also provide operative support both in the negotiation and the signing part of the agreement.
